Trekking Clothing and Equipment

  • 1 Sun hat
  • 1 Woolen hat to cover ears

  • 2-3 T-shirts for trekking

  • 1 Long – sleeved light shirt
  • 2 Thermal underwear

  • 3-4 pairs of trekking socks
  • 1 pair of gloves
  • 1 Waterproof / windproof jacket (monsoon / winter)
  • 1 Waterproof / windproof pant (monsoon / winter)
  • 1 quick drying Towel
  • Sleeping bag* (4 seasons for trekking above 3500 meters elevation)
  • 1 pair of trekking / hiking shoes / boots
  • 1 pair of slippers
  • Trekking poles*
  • Water bottle
  • 1 headlamp
  • 1 duffel bag (50-60 liters)
