Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
Your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, and transfer to hotel.
Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

Day 02: Kathmandu City tour, evening drive to Nagarkot Tour (distance 32 k.m).
Overnight at hotel inclusive of breakfast.

Highlights: Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Shyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Nagarkot itself.

Day 03: Nagarkot - Bhaktapur - Balthali Village Tour (distance: 40 k.m)
Get up early in the morning to see sunrise as well as panoramic mountains views of Annapurna, Langtang and Gaurishanker Himalaya ranges. After breakfast  we drive to Bhaktapur for Bhaktapur city tour. Then we drive to Khopasi  and take easy walking to Balthali (40 minutes). 
Overnight at hotel inclusive of breakfast.

Highlights: Sun rise view, mountain vista, breathtaking scenery, local culture, Bhaktapur Durbar square, Balthali village etc.

Day 04: Hiking to Namo Buddha (3 hours hiking)
After breakfast we go for hiking tour to Namo Buddha, then drive back to Kathmandu.
Overnight at hotel inclusive of breakfast.

Highlights: Namo Buddha: It is one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Nepal and one of the holiest in the world. It is known as the place where the Buddha, in a previous life as a prince, gave his body to a starving tigress and her cubs.

Day 05: Drive to Gorkha Durbar (Palace) - and then drive to Bandipur (Distance: 200 k.m)
Overnight at resort, inclusive of breakfast.

Highlights: Gorkha Durbar (the palace of King Prithivi Narayan Shah, who unified kingdom of Nepal in eighteenth century ), prominent inhabitants, village tour, hiking, magnificent views of Himalayan peaks , landscapes, traditional culture.
Bandipur: It is a picturesque town nestled in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal, a land as famous for its natural beauty as for the hospitality of its people.

Day 06: Drive to Pokhara(distance: 75 k.m)
Afternoon sightseeing tour of David's fall, Mahendra Cave, Old Bazar, Vindebasini temple, Seti River Gorge, Museum and boating at Fewa lake. Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast. Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

Highlights: Sightseeing, boating, close up mountain sight, and sunrise view.

Day 07: Sarangkot Tour - drive to Tansen(distance: 122 k.m)
Early morning drive to Sarangkot to enjoy sunrise and mountain views of Annapurna Himalayas range, and drive back to hotel. After breakfast, we continue our drive to Tansen.
Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

Highlights: Unique landscape and himalayan peaks, forest of pines and rhodondendron-the national flower, wild flora & fauna, Buddha sutpa, meditation, nature walk.

Day 08: Drive to Lumbini (distance: 85 k.m)
Lumbini is the birth place of Lord Buddha. Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast.
Focus: Sightseeing / religious tour

Chitwan Jungle Safari Tour

Day 09: Drive to Chitwan (distance: 175 k.m)

13:30 Lunch
16:00 Cultural Tour (visit to Tharu Village)
18:00 Slide show Program / Tharu Stick Dance
21:00 Dinner

Overnight at resort, inclusive of full board meal.

Day 10: Tour Activities
6:30 Breakfast
8:00 Canoeing, Elephant ride, Visit to Elephant Breeding centre
13:00 Lunch 15:00 Elephant back Safari
21:00 Dinner

Overnight at resort, inclusive of full board meal.

Day 11: Drive to Kathmandu, enroute visit to Manakamana Temple (distance: 175 k.m to Kathmandu)

6:00 Wake up call
6:30 Tea / Coffee
7:00 Bird watching
8:30 Breakfast
9:30 Drive to Kurintar for cable car ride to Manakamana.

Highlights: Cable car trip to Manakamana Temple (the goddess of fulfilling), landscape, Himalayas view

Overnight at hotel, inclusive of breakfast

Day 12: Departure
Drive to Airport to board your flight to onward destination. Tour ends.

Day 10: Drive to Chitwan (distance: 175 k.m)

16:00 Cultural Tour (visit to Tharu Village)

  • 13.05.10 01:31Il trekking del Kanchenjunga è lungo e classificato difficile, ma l'ottima organizzazione di Nepal Trailblazer, la competenza e la capacità di Bikesh Rana ( la nostra guida ) e di tutto lo staff l'hanno reso un'esperienza bella ed indimenticabile.
    Tilak inoltre è stato un prezioso aiuto per risolvere i problemi sorti alla fine del trekking a causa dei voli sospesi nel periodo dell'eruzione del vulcano islandese, i quali ci hanno costretto a prolungare il soggiorno di altri quattro giorni.
    Sembra che in Nepal ci sia un detto che dice "mai viaggiare in tre [...]" e noi eravamo tre, abbiamo avuto qualche contrattempo ma tutto si è risolto per il meglio grazie all'impegno dell'agenzia di trekking.
    Ci sentiamo quindi di consigliare Nepal Trailblazer a chiunque voglia visitare questa magnifica nazione.
