Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Pre-Trek Yoga Sessions

Day 1:Arrival in Kathmandu

  • Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu
  • Transfer to your hotel and check-in
  • Rest and relax
  • Attend a briefing session about the trek
  • Overnight stay in Kathmandu

Day 2:Yoga Session

  • Attend a rejuvenating yoga session led by experienced instructors.
  • Immerse yourself in various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques.
  • Feel the serenity and inner peace as you connect with your mind, body, and soul.
  • Enjoy a healthy and nutritious dinner.
  • Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3:Yoga Session

Day 4:Drive to Pokhara

  • Take a picturesque drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (approximately 6-7 hours).
  • Enjoy the beautiful landscapes and stunning views along the way.
  • Arrive in Pokhara and check into the hotel.
  • Explore the lakeside area and relax.
  • Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 5:Drive to Tikhedhunga

  • Drive from Kathmandu to Nayapul (approx. 1.5 hours)
  • Drive from Nayapul (approx 2-3 hours)
  • Begin your trek from Tikhedhunga (1,577m) to Ullerri (2000m, approx. 1.5 hours)
  • Enjoy the scenic views and experience the local culture
  • Overnight stay in Ulleri

Day 6:Trek to Ghorepani

  • Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,874m)
  • Ascend through beautiful rhododendron forests
  • Reach Ghorepani, a charming village with stunning mountain views
  • Overnight stay in Ghorepani

Day 7:Poon Hill Sunrise and Trek to Tadapani

  • Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) for a breathtaking sunrise view
  • Marvel at the panoramic vistas of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges
  • Trek to Tadapani (2,630m) through lush forests and scenic trails
  • Overnight stay in Tadapani

Day 8:Trek to Chhomrong

  • Trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong (2,170m)
  • Descend through dense forests and cross suspension bridges
  • Arrive at Chhomrong, a picturesque Gurung village

Day 9:Trek to Dovan

  • Trek from Chhomrong to Dovan (2,600m)
  • Descend into the Modi Khola Valley and continue along the trail

Day 10:Trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC)

  • Trek from Dovan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m)

  • Reach the Machhapuchhre Base Camp, located below the iconic Fishtail Peak
  • Overnight stay in Machhapuchhre Base Camp

Day 11:Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) and Return to Bamboo

  • Trek from Machhapuchhre Base Camp to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m)
  • Reach the majestic Annapurna Sanctuary and enjoy panoramic views
  • Descend back to Bamboo (2,310m) for an overnight stay

Day 12:Trek to Jhinu Danda

  • Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,780m)
  • Rest and rejuvenate in the natural hot springs at Jhinu Danda
  • Enjoy the serene surroundings and stunning views
  • Overnight stay in Jhinu Danda

Day 13:Jhinu Danda to Pokhara

  • Trek from Jhinu Danda for approximately 1 hour.
  • Drive to Pokhara approximately 2-3 hours).
  • Explore Pokhara and enjoy the lakeside ambience.
  • Later, take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu (approximately 6-7 hours).

Day 14:Drive to Kathmandu

  • After breakfast, take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu (approximately 6-7 hours).

Day 15:Departure

  • After breakfast, drive to Tribhuvan Airport(approximately 20-30 minutes).
