  • 1 Sun hat
  • 1 Woolen hat to cover ears
  • 1 Scarf to cover nose and face
  • 2-3 T-shirts for trekking
  • 1 T-shirt for sleeping
  • 1 Long–sleeved light shirt
  • 2 Thermal underwear
  • 1 fleece (pullover or zip)
  • 3-4 pairs of underwear
