Founded in 2003 by Tilak Thapa Magar, Nepal Hiking Pvt. Ltd. has grown into one of Nepal’s leading adventure travel companies. From the outset, the company has been committed to ethical, community-based tourism, ensuring that every journey benefits both travellers and local communities.

Today, Nepal Hiking is proudly women-led under the co-leadership of Monika Thapa Magar, marking a generation shift that reflects our dedication to inclusive tourism and women’s empowerment. Monika’s leadership demonstrates that when women guide, communities flourish and tourism becomes more socially responsible.
