Morning Boost – Dynamic Meditation at 7 AM

Every morning at 7:00 AM, start your day with Osho Dynamic Meditation, a high-energy technique designed to shake off stress, release stored emotions, and reconnect you with presence.

The 5 Stages of Dynamic Meditation

  1. Chaotic Breathing (10 mins) – Activate your inner energy through rapid, deep breathing.
  2. Emotional Release (10 mins) – Let go—shout, cry, laugh, move however you feel.
  3. Mantra Chanting “Hoo!” (10 mins) – Focus energy in your core by shouting “Hoo!” from the belly.
  4. Stillness (15 mins) – Freeze completely and become a silent witness to yourself.
  5. Celebration (15 mins) – Dance freely to celebrate life and your awakened energy.

Evening Calm – Kundalini Meditation at 6:30 PM

In the evening, relax and unwind with Kundalini Meditation at 6:30 PM. This gentle but powerful practice uses movement and silence to dissolve the day’s stress and connect you with a deeper calm.

The 4 Stages of Kundalini Meditation

  1. Shaking (15 mins) – Release tension by allowing the body to shake naturally.
  2. Dancing (15 mins) – Let joy flow through expressive, free-form movement.
  3. Sitting (15 mins) – Sit quietly and observe your thoughts and sensations.
  4. Lying Down (15 mins) – Rest and absorb the stillness of the moment.
