Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), our Office Representative will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel Kathmandu Suite Home. Overnight at the hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

Day 2Kathmandu to SyabruBensi

Begin your journey with a scenic bus drive from Kathmandu to SyabruBensi. Enjoy picturesque views of Mt. Annapurna II, Manasalu, and Ganesh Himal. Witness the beauty of Kakani and the charming village of SyabruBensi with its large stone houses.

Day 3SyabruBensi to Lama Hotel

The trail meanders along Bhote Koshi, consistently following the course of the Langtang Khola. The terrain gradually ascends, passing through areas affected by landslides. After a few hours of leisurely walking through the lush wilderness, you will arrive at Rimche (2400m) after traversing Bamboo (1960m).

Day 4Trek from Lama hotel to Langtang village

After about half an hour of walking, you’ll witness a breathtaking view of Langtang Lirung, framed by snow-covered trees. Just before reaching Langtang village, there is an ancient monastery on the right at the base of the large rocky slopes. Here, you can experience and absorb the essential teachings of Buddhism in the mountainous region.

Day 5Trekking form Langtang to Kyanjin Gompa

The trail is relatively easy, with a gentle ascent. Staying well-hydrated is crucial as you’ll be trekking above 3000 meters throughout the day, helping to prevent symptoms of AMS. Gradually passing through villages and yak pastures, the valley opens up, offering more expansive views. After crossing small streams, moraines, and Mani walls, you’ll arrive at Kyanjin Gompa, filled with a sense of accomplishment and beauty in your heart.

Day 6Acclimatization, Rest and explore day at Kyanjin Gompa

The day after our stay in Kyangjin, we explored the monastery and the renowned yak cheese factory. Proceeding to ascend the moraine, we are treated to the awe-inspiring sight of the ice faces and cascading glaciers of Langtang Lirung. Guided by our experienced trekking guide, we ascend Tsergo Ri (5033m), a vantage point offering abundant views of various mountains, icy summits, and peaks.

Day 7Trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Ngengang

Embarking on the next leg of the Trek, we trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Ngengang, a journey spanning 6 hours. The trail leads us through diverse landscapes, offering a mix of terrains and scenic beauty. As we traverse this picturesque route, the transition is marked by changing vegetation and the captivating Langtang Khola. The final destination for the day is Ngengang, where we find respite after trekking through the mesmerizing Langtang region. The night spent in Ngengang provides trekkers an opportunity to rest and rejuvenate, preparing them for the upcoming challenges on the Ganja La Pass Trek.

Day 8Trek from Ngengang to Keldang

Continuing our trekking adventure, we embark on a full-day journey from Ngengang to Keldang. Following a hearty breakfast, our path leads us through the challenging terrain of Ganja La Pass (5130m), perpetually covered in snow. The Trek from Ngengang to Keldang, featuring icy and slippery pathways, is considered one of the most demanding sections of the trip. After successfully navigating Ganja La Pass, we descend along a steep trail to reach the picturesque destination of Keldang. This leg of the Trek requires endurance, and the trekking conditions present physical and mental challenges, ensuring an exhilarating experience for participants on the Ganja La Pass Trek.

Day 9Trek from Keldang to Dukpu - 6 hours.

After a restful overnight stay in Keldang, the Trek continues towards Dukpu, promising more mesmerizing views and unique experiences. The trail unfolds through diverse terrains, offering a mix of lush greenery and rugged landscapes. Trekkers will navigate this picturesque route, savouring the natural beauty surrounding them. While challenging, the journey from Keldang to Dukpu rewards adventurers with the tranquillity of the Himalayan wilderness and the satisfaction of conquering each step of this remarkable Trek.

Day 10Trek from Dukpu to Tarkeghyang

Embarking on the next leg of the Ganja La Pass Trek, the trail leads from Dukpu to Tarkeghyang. Trekkers can anticipate a scenic journey through the Himalayan terrain, with captivating landscapes and cultural encounters. The Trek presents a mix of lush forests, charming villages, and panoramic mountain views, creating a rich tapestry of experiences. Day 11Drive back from Tarkeghyang to Kathmandu

Embark on a scenic journey from Tarkeghyang to Kathmandu as you traverse picturesque landscapes and charming villages. This drive allows you to reflect on the incredible experiences and memories from your Trek. As you approach Kathmandu, you’ll witness the transition from the tranquillity of the mountains to the city’s vibrant energy. Overnight at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 12Departure

Following breakfast, your adventure concludes, and our team will transport you to the Kathmandu International Airport for your departure flight from Nepal.
