The two-day yoga session in Kathmandu before the Annapurna Base Camp trek was rejuvenating and enriching. Led by skilled instructors, the sessions helped us find balance, flexibility, and inner harmony through yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. They prepared us physically and mentally for the trek while providing cultural insights into the significance of yoga in Nepalese heritage. The serene location created a peaceful oasis for self-reflection, making it a valuable addition to our overall experience. I recommend incorporating a yoga session before the trek for a holistic journey of self-discovery and connection with nature.
