Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking Confirmation: 50% advance payment required
- Remaining Balance: Pay the rest one day prior to the flight
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the flight (cash payments).
- Credit Card Payments: 3.5% processing fee applies and is non-refundable
- Late Cancellation / No-Show: No refund if cancelled within 24 hours or no-show
- Operator Cancellation: Full refund if flight is cancelled due to weather or technical issues
