I just come back from the 9-day Yoga and Meditation Retreat at Nagi, and it was a very nice experience. The place is so peaceful and quiet, it’s perfect for yoga and meditation. I felt immediately calm as soon as I arrived. The view of Kathmandu Valley is really amazing – every morning, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The retreat is surrounded by nature, and that helped me to disconnect completely from the busy life. I also loved to join the nuns for their prayers – it was such a special moment, so full of peace and serenity. The whole atmosphere helped me to find inner peace. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge, and find some quiet time for yourself, I highly recommend this retreat, for sure. It was an unforgettable experience, and I feel much better after it.
