- Remaining Balance: Pay the rest one day prior to the flight
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before departure (credit card processing fee of 3.5% is non-refundable)
- Late Cancellation / No-Show: No refund if cancelled within 24 hours or no-show
- Operator Cancellation: Full refund if the flight is cancelled due to bad weather or technical issues
